Are you looking to add "follow by Email Feedburner Subscription Widget" in your blog spot blog?, if yes then blogger has officially introduced "Follow by Email" Feedburner email subscription widget for blogger blogs.
1) Log in to your Blogger Dashboard and Navigate to Design > Page Element.
2) Now Click on "Add a Gadget" in sidebar section.
3) Select Follow by Email option and add it.

Add Follow by Email Feedburner Subscription Widget in Blogger
1) Log in to your Blogger Dashboard and Navigate to Design > Page Element.
2) Now Click on "Add a Gadget" in sidebar section.
3) Select Follow by Email option and add it.
4) Now if you already have "FeedBurner URL" you can enter it manually, but blogger will give you auto generated feed address automatically added to the "Feedburner URL" box by Blogger.
5) Click on Save button and check your blog page (below is the snap shot from my blog, just for your reference.).
